How do you contact us?

Someone will return your enquiry within 24 hours (Business Days).

Our refund and returns policy is applicable for 30 days from date of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

We also need to make you aware that various types of goods are exempt from being returned. • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How is the item returned to us?

Where the situation is that you are an online customer, in order to return your product, please contact us and we will send through a return authorisation required to be with your goods when shipping back to us. Unfortunately shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. 

How you will receive the refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If you have not seen the returned funds please follow these steps: Late or missing refunds • Firstly, please wait 24 hours and check your bank account again. • Following that, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. o There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
