Credit Card Security
We do not retain credit card data, and use NAB Transact as our credit card processor which provides PCI-DSS compliance to our process.
We take all security measures reasonable in the circumstances to protect your personal information from loss, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. Access to your personal information is limited to those who specifically need it to conduct their responsibilities but, as far as permissible under law, we accept no responsibility for the unauthorised use of personal information held by it. The personal information will be destroyed or de-identified when it is no longer useful or it is unreliable and cannot be corrected.
Accuracy and Access
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date and ask that you let us know if you believe the information to be otherwise. You can request details of any personal information we hold about you and advise us if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
If you would like to know more about how the information you are providing will be used or would like to know how you can access the information, seek correction of it, or make a complaint about how we are handling your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer at email@example.com. If we refuse your request to access or correct your personal information we will provide you with written reasons for the refusal and details of complaint mechanisms. We will endeavour to provide our response within 30 days of your request. In the event you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may refer the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
